Feasibility Study for the Completion of Metro Manila Circumferential Road (C-5) and Other Priority Road/Interchange Project (PRIP) The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is currently aiming to improve the capacities of the country’s national roads in major urban areas. One focus of the Department is to Circumferential Road 5 (C-5) and other intersections in order to decongest Metropolitan Manila. Our professionals identify the current problem areas and choke points along C-5 and explore viable and cost effective design options which would then be recommended to the Government for the best approach and other alternative solutions in implementing the project.
