The NAIA Expressway Project is part of the Metro Manila Urban Expressway System intended to cater to the existing and future traffic situations around the country’s premier gateway. The Project was given priority by the Government of the Philippines to be implemented under the Build-Operate-Transfer Law’s Public Private Partnership scheme.
The Project is an elevated expressway that would link SLEX with CAVITEX, Macapagal and PAGCOR’s Entertainment City. The expressway is composed of, but not limited to, 47 km of Main viaduct, 7.95 km of ramps and 2.20 km of at-grade works. The provision for the construction of Toll Plazas, Toll Operating equipment and electronic and communication systems are also included in this package.
