Independent Consultancy Services for the Metro Manila Skyway Stage – 3 Project

The Metro Manila Skyway Stage 3 (MMSS-3) Project is an elevated expressway traversing Buendia, Makati City to Balintawak, Quezon City and covering a total length of 14.82 km. Aside from linking the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX), the project will act as an alternate thoroughfare to decongest Metro Manila, particularly EDSA.

The project was designed to pull in an ease traffic with access through eight strategically located interchanges at Buendia, Quirino Avenue, Plaza Dilao, Nagtahan, Aurora Boulevard, E. Rodriguez Avenue, Sgt. Rivera and Balintawak with a total of fourteen toll plazas. The project is fully funded by the Citra Central Expressway Corporation with an estimated cost of Php 26.5 Billion and is currently being overseen by the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and the Toll Regulatory Board (TRB).
