The JBIC-Assisted project involves the detailed engineering design and construction supervision of Patapat Viaduct Rehabilitation in North Luzon; Suyo-Cervantes-Mankayan-Abatan and Cervantes-Sabangan Road Improvement in Cordillera Region and Ligao-Pio Duran Road Improvement in Bicol Region.
Katahira & Engineers International (Japan) and PERTCONSULT INTERNATIONAL were commissioned by the DPWH to provide services for Project Management Support, Detailed Engineering Design, Assistance in Bidding, Construction Supervision, Environmental Management, Monitoring of ECC Requirements, Assistance on Land Acquisition and Resettlement, Coordination with Provincial Governments and Transfer of Technology.
Actual services provided by PERTCONSULT include detailed engineering design, environmental management, project management at construction stage, construction supervision of road improvement, materials quality control and quantity measurements. Project completion is estimated in the Year 2007.
