SKYWAY Stage III

SKYWAY Stage III is an elevated expressway with a length of about 14.82 kms. It is designed
to pull in and ease traffic with access through eight strategically located interchanges: these being
at Buendia, Pres. Quirino Avenue, Plaza Dilao and Nagtahan, Aurora Boulevard, E. Rodriguez Avenue,
Quezon Avenue, Sgt. Rivera, and Balintawak with a total of fourteen Toll Plazas.



SOUTHEAST METRO MANILA EXPRESSWAY (C6)

Location: Taguig City, Pasig City, Taytay, Cainta, Marikina,
Quezon City, Metro Manila and Province of Rizal

The Southeast Metro Manila Expressway connects Skyway-FTI to the Batasang Pambansa Complex
in Quezon City. It has a total of 34.02 kms of 2×3 lanes of semi-elevated tollway.



THE SOUTH LUZON EXPRESSWAY PHASE II TOLL ROAD 4 (SLEX-TR4)
Stage I and II

Location: Sto. Tomas, Makban, San Pablo City, Tiaong, Candelaria, Lucena City,
Province of Batangas, Laguna and Quezon

The SLEX-TR4 Project is an expressway that runs from Sto. Tomas, Batangas to Lucena City with a distance
of about 57.589 kms. It will provide faster and safer access to Regions IV & V and will alleviate the worsening
traffic condition along the key cities and municipalities along the region.



TARLAC-PANGASINAN-LA UNION TOLL EXPRESSWAY (TPLEx)

Location: Provinces of Tarlac, Pangasinan and La Union

TPLEx is a is a 87.4 km 2-lane expressway with bridges and appurtenant structures. It starts from the terminus of
the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and passes through different municipalities in Tarlac, Pangasinan and
La Union. It also includes eight interchanges, toll collection facilities, toll plazas and traffic safety monitoring facilities.



DAVAO BYPASS ROADS
Nabunturan-New Corella-Kapalong Road, Jct. Fatima Malabog Road-Brgy. Gumitan,
Davao-Bukidnon Road (Jct-Marahan) Brgy. Gumitan, Malitbog-Kasilak-Consolacion Road,
Fatima-Malabog-Panabo City Road

Service: Feasibility Study
Client: Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Regional Office XI
Location: Region XI (Davao Region)

This projects aims to aid the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) in developing their road transportation
projects nationwide for implementation and/or possible external financial assistance in their implementation.The feasibility
study is expected to determine the extent and nature of improvements/construction required, the economic and technical
justifications. The study includes various surveys such as traffic, socio-economic, engineering and Right-of-Way Strip
Planning. It will also include cost-estimate- disaster risk reduction measures and economic evaluations.



CLARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (CIA) TO NEW CLARK CITY (NCC) ACCESS ROAD
PHASE 1

Client: Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA)
Location: Capas, Province of Tarlac

CIA– NCC Access Road (Phase 1) is 5.33 kilometer long, 6-lane road with one major bridge, bike lanes,
pedestrian lanes, roadway lighting and linear parks that will connect the access road to the Clark International Airport.



URBAN DRAINAGE AND FLOOD CONTROL FOR BALANGA CITY IN REGION III AND
BACOLOD CITY IN REGION VI

Service: Master Plan and Feasibility Study
Client: Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)
Location: Balanga City in Region III and Bacolod City in Region VI

The study involves the preparation of master plans, feasibility sties for both flood control and social and environmental
assessment for the flood-prone areas of Balanga City and Bacolod City as identified by the Nationwide Flood Risk
Assessment and Flood Mitigation Plan conducted by JICA. In order for these projects to be implemented, master planning
and feasibility studies are required for assessing the technical and economic merits as well as environmental and social
aspects of investing in the proposed pipeline projects.



BONIFACIO GLOBAL CITY-ORTIGAS CENTER ROAD LINK PROJECT
Sta. Monica-Lawton Bridge – Phase I And Lawton Avenue To Global City Viaduct – Phase II-A

Service: Construction Surpervision
Client: Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)
Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila

Sta. Monica – Lawton Bridge (Phase I) involves the construction of a bridge across a 90.0 meter river channel midway
between EDSA Guadalupe Bridge in Makati City and Carlos P. Garcia Avenue (C-5) Bridge in Pasig City. The bridge alignment
coming from the approach side of Sta. Monica shall be straight towards the main bridge, and then a slightly curved bridge
approaching Lawton Avenue.

Lawton Ave. – Bonifacio Global City Viaduct (Phase II-A) involves the construction of a viaduct to connect/extend
Phase I from Lawton Avenue with 2-lane ramp before passing over the Kalayaan Avenue and another 2-lane ramp after
Kalayaan Avenue which ends at 8th Avenue in Bonifacio Global City.



BICOL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
Service: Detailed Engineering Design and Construction Supervision
Client: Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC)
Location: Daraga City, Province of Albay

The Bicol International Airport Development Project will serve the regional center at Legazpi City and the whole
of Bicol Region. The P3.5 billion project involves site development works, power, landslide facilities, water/sewer utilities
and construction of buildings such as Administration Building, single level Operation and Control Tower Building, Power
House Building and Fuel Storage Tank. This will replace the old Legazpi Airport, which is only 2 to 3 kms from the new one.



CIVIL WORKS PROJECT ASSESSMENT/INSPECTION IN LUZON AREA
Service: Quality Assurance Consultancy
Client: Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)
Location: Luzon Areas

The primary aim of the project is to assist the BQS in implementing its Quality Assurance Program in all infrastructure projects
implemented by DPWH. The project includes inspections/assessments, development of document retrieval systems for BQS and
improvement of QADS and integration of QADS, CPES Data Systems and recommendations for further improvement o the Quality
Assurance Program of DPWH.
